After impressing fans with Baarish and Phir Bhi Tumko Chahunga from Half Girlfriend, the makers of the film have come up with another soulful track – Thodi Der. The newest track is a romantic number like the previous two that were released recently. Pakistani singer Farhan Saeed has composed the music for Thodi Der from Half Girlfriend.
Shreya Ghoshal has crooned the lovely number along with Farhan, while Kumaar has penned the lyrics. Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s chemistry does full justice to the latest track from Half Girlfriend. That cute, adorable kiss from the film’s trailer plays out in the music video of the song. Though Thodi Der is all mushy and romantic, it also is a little sad. You see the love that is there between the two characters, but you also see the distance that lies between them.
Shraddha like always is looking gorgeous which is why Arjun can’t stop staring at her throughout the song. We got to say that the raw, naive boy vibe is working for Arjun. It adds more charm to his personality. Shreya Ghoshal and Farhan Saeed’s melodious voices blend in perfectly with the theme of the song. This track is definitely going to top the chartbusters. The song is the kind you’d like to relate to summer romance. In terms of the video, there’s no denying that the couple looks adorable together.
