With a hint of romance, the film was a successful hit at the box office. ‘Kapoor & Sons’ is on the fourth position earning Rs. 143 crore net approx.
Shah Rukh Khan starrer film ‘Fan’ was tricky in its plot. The film had no songs and also had no female lead. Moreover, SRK earned laurels for his mind blowing acting skills. The film has earned the third spot in the list of highest worldwide grossers.

‘Housefull 3’ has earned Rs.193 crore net approx. in 25 days. The comedy film which was hardly appreciated by the critics has been successful in impressing the audiences. ‘Housefull 3′ is a multi-starrer and was a surprise hit at the box office. Due to lack of competition the film garnered maximum audiences at the screens.

Directed by Raja Menon, ‘Airlift’ still is the highest in terms of worldwide grossers of the year. The film starring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur in lead roles has surpassed the mark of Rs. 200 crores at the box office. The film in totality earned Rs.210 crore net approx. the movie was a patriotic one and was based on India’s largest evacuation mission. The film was one of the first releases of the year.
