M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story star Sushant Singh Rajput talks about his break up with Ankita Lokhande and his link up with Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon in our EXCLUSIVE interview…
Sushant Singh Rajput is one of the most talented young actors that Bollywood has seen. Sushant started off his career in Television and he became popular with Pavitra Rishta. He made an impressive debut in Bollywood with Kai Po Che and then, followed it up with stellar acts in Shuddh Desi Romance, P.K. and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. After such a successful start to his career, he signed up for Indian cricket captain – Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s biopic (M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story) and everyone thought that would establish himself as a top star. However, over the past few months, it’s not Sushant’s acting skills but his relationship status that has made headlines. Sushant’s public break with long time girlfriend Ankita Lokhande and the following link up with his Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon became the talk of town. However, looks like the actor hasn’t been affected by all these reports.
Sushant was in a very committed and serious relationship with girlfriend Ankita Lokhande since the past seven years. In fact, reports suggested that they were already married. Both of them denied these claims, but had revealed that they would get married by the end of this year. However, in April this year, Sushant and Ankita broke up. Reports suggested that Sushant’s flirty ways ticked off Ankita, leading to a lot of fights. Some reports also suggested that Ankita was an alcoholic and her daily drinking routine had made Sushant frustrated. However, the actor denied all these claims by tweeting, “Neither was she an alcoholic not I am a womaniser. People do grow apart and its unfortunate. Period!!”
Following this, Sushant moved out of their house and went away to Budapest to shoot for Raabta along with Kriti Sanon. Apparently during this shoot, Sushant and Kriti got very close to each other and our sources told us exclusively that they were more than just friends. Since, then more speculations about his break up and link ups have been doing the rounds. So when we met with Sushant a few days back, we asked him if these reports affected him, made him angry or sad! What he said, was really surprising. So check out this EXCLUSIVE video interview with Sushant Singh Rajput for M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story right here and find out what he had to say:
When Sushant was asked whether he was hurt by the constant scrutiny over his personal life, he told us EXCLUSIVELY, “No, why (would it). If I tell this every time somebody asks me this question, that if you look at me and if I bring a smile on your face, if my story seems inspiring or something like that and I get to know about it. I’ll slightly be more happier than I am already. But if you have a negative sense of things or any kind of negative emotion or feeling, maybe cynicism or any kind of prejudice, then it’s their problem, their reality and they have to deal with it.”
So does he want to set the record straight once and for all? Sushant mentioned to us, “Yeah, but only when it concerns the other person because I am more fidgety when I feel the other person would get affected, then I would react. But never coz of me because you can never get into my head or get me out of my state coz I don’t allow it to happen. No matter what is being written, what is being said, good or bad or whatever, it doesn’t change anything.”
