DP: Everything is essential – from a day cream to a night cream to a SPF to a deodorant and perfume.
Q: Your skincare routine
DP: I don’t follow any routine as such. I just make sure I use a good night cream and always take off my make-up.
Q: Your favourite hair care products
DP: There’s nothing better than oiling your hair.
Q: Your go to look for a red carpet event
DP: I am always a lip person. I am someone who prefers keeping the skin clean and enhancing the mouth.
Q: What do you think is sexy, beauty-wise?
DP: I think less is more.
Q: Are you good at doing your own make-up and any tips you’ve taken from beauty artists?
DP: I never do my own make-up. I’ve never needed to do my own, always had a professional. I know a lot of girls do and they do a really good job. If I have to shoot for a scene I’d rather focus on the scene, I couldn’t be bothered about the make-up.
Q: What’s the weirdest thing you’ve tried in the name of beauty?
DP: I remember for a Sabyasachi show once when I was a model we had to wear like buck teeth. It was cute but bizarre at that point.
Q: Do you have a signature fragrance?
DP: Diptyque is my favourite.
Q: Do you gravitate toward a lip colour and if so, which shade?
DP: I like nudes and reds.
Q: What’s the best beauty advice you’ve ever received?
DP: Less is more.
Q: The one beauty product you can’t live without?
DP: An SPF product.
