In the new promo, posted to Twitter on Aug. 17, we see the three Chanels, played by Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, and Billie Lourd all being wheeled around on gurneys in a hospital. Returning Keke Palmer, and newcomers to the show, John Stamos and Taylor Lautner are in charge, as they wheel the ladies down poorly lit hallways. Taylor, a doctor, wheels Abigail into a room and they totally start hooking up. John’s character, also a doctor, takes Billie into a room and she pulls him down toward her. Seriously, what is going on in this hospital?
But the BIGGEST reveal of the teaser comes when Keke suddenly stops queen bee Emma’s gurny and says, “Rise and shine, sis.” Suddenly, Jamie Lee Curtis appears as Cathy Munsch, the devious university dean from Season 1 who is now the hospital owner! And she has a surprise for Chanel — her nemesis Hester (Lea Michele), in a Hannibal Lecter-esque face mask. And to that Silence of the Lambs nod Chanel says, “Oh, hell no.”
Lea shared the teaser for Season 2 of Ryan Murphy‘s show on Aug. 17, captioning it, “We’re back.. Get ready for season 2 in September,” adding the hashtag #hannibalhester. Oh, it’s on. Scream Queens Season 2 premieres Sept. 20 on Fox and we cannot wait to see what goes down in this clearly crazy hospital. Will the Chanels get their revenge on Hannibal Hester? And who ISN’T hooking up with someone in this hospital? Get ready, to get scared — again.
