Fashion icons like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and even Coco Chanel have striven hard throughout their life to give us some inconic style statements but alas, we failed them! Bollywood is full of sartorial stunners but not everyday is a good day and not everyone gets lucky with their fashion picks. While Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mahira Khan and Ranveer Singh featured in the best dressed list for this week, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, Pooja Hegde and Sridevi made us wish they hadn’t stepped out of their house. We have no personal grudge against our beloved celebs but it hurts to see them commit fashion faux pas. Wonder if we’re overreacting, let’s give us a brief recap of everything that went wrong with these celebrities’ styling this week.
Seeing Priyanka Chopra feature in the worst dressed category is a nightmare for her true fan. Sartorial stunner, elegant dresser and always on point, Priyanka’s style file has always impressed. Priyanka’s recent fashion outing is an example of how mix and match can go wrong. Opting for a polo neck sweater from Rag and Bone, khakee colour pants from Celine and a floral print jacket from Baja East, PeeCee’s fashion pick went horribly wrong. It’s boring and definitely not expected from a stunner like her.
Thanks to Mira Rajput, we know now how can monochromes go wrong. One of the most safe colour combinations in the world can be easily ruined if not done well. Want to know how? The Mohenjo Daro actress who’s yet to sign her second Bollywood debut is busy making various social appearances these days, some of which are classy and others are just blah.
